In "Hoppy," players are immersed in a vibrant yet challenging environment, often described as a 'metal jungle.' The protagonist, Hoppy, exhibits remarkable agility as he navigates from metal pad to pad with ease.

The primary objective is to assist Hoppy in ascending through this intricate landscape. However, players must be wary of fireballs that cascade from above, rolling down from one pad to the next. It's crucial to keep Hoppy away from these hazards, as contact results in a lost turn.

The game features multiple levels, each introducing unique challenges. Players will encounter gaps in the metal pads that complicate efforts to dodge the fireballs, requiring strategic movement and timing.

As players progress through the levels, they have the opportunity to collect prize balls. These rewards can include extra lives and various items that enhance gameplay. Notably, the Shield prize provides Hoppy with temporary protection against fireballs by enveloping him in water; however, this shield dissipates upon contact with fire. Additionally, the +1 Pad prize can fill in missing gaps, offering alternative paths to avoid danger. For higher difficulty levels with increased gaps, the +2, +3, and +5 Pad prizes become essential tools.

Players also have the option to purchase prizes via in-app transactions accessible through the Store found in the Gear Settings icon.
